The Cockney people originate from the East End area: Shoreditch, Whitechapel, Mile End, and the adjacent neighborhoods where the bells of St Mary Le Bow Church ring. In 1941, during World War II, due to German bombings, the bells were destroyed. They were not replaced until 1961, so for two decades, no cockneys were born because, according to tradition, they are different from others because they hear the bells from their homes.

Cockneys are the most authentic and distinctive Londoners. They even have their own dialect. This is represented in the mix of seemingly antagonistic materials, creating a provocative, modern, and highly dynamic dialogue. The silicone bracelet and bamboo wood of the watch dance a folkloric dance in which light sets the stage.
