For orders that include a design service, an extra period of 24 hours may be required.
Delivery times are counted in working days from Monday to Friday. Orders made after 4PM are processed on the next working day.
If your order is personalized with the Design Service (i.e., designed by our team and not by you directly on the website), we will send you an email with the design proof(s). This does not apply if you create your design directly with our customizer.
If you do not respond to the email before the chosen delivery deadline, we will choose the design we think will look best for you and send it to you, so that it does not arrive later than expected.
Deliveries outside the UE are made from Spain by the DHL Express service.
Shipments to countries outside Portugal may be subject to customs fees and costs, depending on the legislation of each country. The shipping cost DOES NOT include fees, taxes, and customs clearance of the destination country.
Woodenson reserves the right to refuse your order and fully refund you if shipping is not possible due to excess weight or volume.
All our products are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.
During this time, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you, provided it is a manufacturing defect. Damages caused by careless use, water damage, or impacts are not included in the warranty.
